SPELLBOUND was formed by friends who all have
a love of music, and play both professionally and just for fun.
The idea of a Siouxsie And The Banshees
tribute band was born during a collaboration with guitarist
Orlando on a Morrissey/Smiths tribute album.
Orlando quickly enlisted the talents of Buz and Aleph (the former rhythm section from
Chrome) who both jumped at the chance. The members of this
band have been inspired throughout the years both by the
originality and uniqueness of the songs of SATB, and as
SPELLBOUND they strive to re-create both an accurate and
exciting live portrayal of those songs throughout the twist and
turns of The Banshees myriad musical phases.
SPELLBOUND faithfully
(and energetically) perform many of SATB's
30+ chart hits (and some of their should-have-been hits)
from the albums: The Scream, Kaleidoscope, Once Upon a Time:
The Singles, Juju, A Kiss in the Dreamhouse, Nocturne, The Thorn,
Tinderbox, Peepshow, Twice Upon a Time: The Singles, and
Downside Up.
